Meet the Team
NURSE PRACTITIONER
Brooke Holley, APRN
Brooke was a 2003 graduate of East Carter High School. She attended Kentucky Christian University in 2007 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and a Minor in biblical Studies. She worked at KDMC as a nurse in the ER and found her love for acute care here. In 2010, she entered a master’s program at Univeristy of Cincinnati and graduated with her FNP in 2012. She practiced as a Nurse Practitioner in the ER for 10 years and finally decided to follow her heart and open her own acute care clinic right here in her hometown to provide her community with a faith-based nursing approach.
BILLING AND PHLEBOTOMY
Raelinn Stewart
Hey! I’m Raelinn, also known as Rae. I’ve been with Brooke since she opened her clinic in 2023. You may have seen me taking you into the rooms and getting some vitals. I’m a certified phlebotomist and now over the billing in our office. You may recognize me from taking care of your animals. I was a vet tech for 6 years here in Grayson. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my husband and two boys. Most of the time you will find us outside and working on our farm where we raise our cattle and some crops.
RECEPTIONIST
Kaylee Cordle
Hi, I’m Kaylee! You may recognize me as the first face you see when you walk into our clinic. My “official title” is the receptionist. However, I tend to be the sticker passer-outer, phone call taker, Brooke’s otoscope finder, and everyone’s right hand. I’m a 2022 graduate of Kentucky Christian University. Grayson quickly became my home. When I’m not at the clinic, you’ll find me at a ballfield somewhere, volunteering at church, or at home with my husband, Cole, my dog, Scout, and my son, Wells.
REGISTERED NURSE
Hope Robinette, BSN
Hope is a 2021 graduate of Russell High School in Russell, KY. She attended Kentucky Christian University from 2021-2025. She was inspired by her dad to go into nursing. She graduated May 2025 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and a Minor in Biblical Studies.
